NAGAFF President Directs Executives To Stop Indiscriminate Press Releases
Worried the numerous press statements by executives of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) and consequent conflicts in the sector, the National President of the NAGAFF, Hon. Tochukwu Ezisi, has directed all national and chapter executives to stop indiscriminate issuance of press releases.
According to a press statement made available to The News Diet, all national officers as well as chapter executives will henceforth require permission of the NAGAFF President to issue press statements.
Hon. Ezisi also directed that letters and petitions to heads of government agencies at the ports by the association’s committees and functionaries should be routed through his office for vetting before being dispatched to the concerned agencies or organisations.
The NAGAFF boss warned that any national officer involved in unethical, gross misconduct, anti-association activities would be severely sanctioned.
Ezisi, however, appealed to all members of the association to work together in harmony as a big family and comply with all government regulations at the ports.
