The Executive Secretary of Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Dr. Akutah Pius Ukeyima, MON, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho, Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on his election as Vice President (Africa) of the International Association of Ports and Harbours (IAPH).
