The second edition of the JustNet Transport Summit, organised by JustAlive Communications Limited, publishers of JustNet News, will hold on Friday, October 23, 2026, in Lagos, bringing together stakeholders across Nigeria’s transport, logistics and energy value chains.
The one-day summit, scheduled for Providence Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, will focus on the theme, “Navigating Global Disruptions and the Road Ahead: Mobility, Energy and Trade Facilitation for a Resilient Future.”
The summit is expected to attract policymakers, industry leaders and professionals from the aviation, maritime, road transport, rail, energy and logistics sectors, among others.
According to the Managing Director of JustAlive Communications Limited, Mrs Pearl Ngwama, the summit is designed to provide a platform for stakeholders to examine the disruptions confronting Nigeria’s transportation system and develop practical responses to emerging challenges.
Ngwama said discussions would centre on mobility, infrastructure development, energy security, trade facilitation and the implications of global disruptions for Nigeria’s transport ecosystem.
She added that the summit would strengthen collaboration among government, industry and other stakeholders while generating actionable recommendations capable of supporting a more efficient, sustainable and resilient transportation sector.
The organisers said the decision to convene the second edition followed the outcome of the inaugural summit in 2025, which provided a platform for stakeholders to deliberate on critical issues affecting the country’s transportation industry.
With transportation increasingly linked to trade competitiveness, energy security and economic growth, the 2026 summit is expected to deepen conversations around policy, infrastructure, investment and cross-sector collaboration.
