…commends ANAP for all-female flight crew
The President of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Nigeria, Barr. (Mrs.) Mfon Usoro, has encouraged female pilots in the country to join the chartered Institute and identify with its aviation mode.
Usoro, who made this remark while engaging an all-female flight crew of ANAP recently, extolled the aviation company for providing opportunities for female professionals.
The veteran lawyer and first female Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) observed that the engagement with the female air travel crew was in sync with the 2024 International Women’s Day (IWD) themed “Invest in women: Accelerate progress”.
She was captured posing with the female crew of ANAP charter flight; even as she noted that it was part of activities to support women in the special month of March dedicated to women by the United Nations.
While commending ANAP for creating opportunities for female professionals, she encouraged operators in all transport modes to trust, recognize and promote competent female professionals.
Usoro is seen inspiring the female pilots and crew to aspire for greatness and encouraging them to join the Aviation Mode of the CILT in these photos:
