High Chief (Dr.) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has celebrated the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, describing him as a public servant whose leadership continues to reflect courage, conviction and an unwavering sense of duty to national development.
In a birthday message issued on behalf of the management and staff of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), Tompolo said Wike’s career in public service has been defined by impact rather than rhetoric, marked by legal brilliance, political boldness and firm, results-oriented decision-making.
He noted that from Wike’s early years in public administration, through his tenure as Governor of Rivers State, and now as FCT Minister, his approach to leadership has remained consistent – anchored on resilience, accountability and a strong commitment to the public good.
According to Tompolo, Wike’s influence is already being strongly felt in the Federal Capital Territory, with visible improvements in infrastructure, order and governance discipline.
“In the Federal Capital Territory, your presence is already being massively felt. The renewed focus on infrastructure, order and accountability reflects a hands-on leadership style that appreciates both the symbolic and practical importance of Abuja to Nigeria’s unity and governance,” he said.
The TSSNL founder further commended the minister for recognising the close link between security, development and national stability, noting that Wike’s emphasis on law, order and institutional discipline aligns with Tantita’s mandate of protecting critical national assets and promoting a safe environment for sustainable growth.
He described Wike’s widely acknowledged reputation as “Mr. Project” as well-deserved, citing his consistent record of performance and willingness to take difficult decisions in the interest of duty.
“In moments that demand firmness, you have chosen responsibility over convenience, standing by your convictions even when the path was difficult,” Tompolo added.
As the minister marks another year, Tompolo prayed for renewed strength, sharper vision and continued success, expressing confidence that Wike’s service would continue to leave a lasting imprint on Nigeria’s development and unity.
“Please accept my sincere best wishes for good health, wisdom and continued success. May the years ahead bring fulfilment and further contributions to the progress and unity of our nation,” he said.
