As part of efforts to ensure seamless distribution of petroleum products across the nation, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited is exploring partnership with the Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) for efficient services.
This partnership was discussed when the National President of PETROAN, Dr. Billy Gillis-Harry, on Friday paid a strategic business visit to the Group Chief Executive Officer, NNPC, Engr. Mele Kolo Kyari in his office at Abuja, recently.
According to a statement signed by the National Public Relations Officer of PETROAN, Dr. Joseph Obele, the meeting was very successful as matters bothering on effective collaboration between the NNPC and PETROAN to ensure seamless distribution of petroleum products across the country during and after the yuletide period were discussed.
Meanwhile, the statement also disclosed that the highpoint of the meeting was the presentation of award by 6,000 members of PETROAN led by the National President of PETROAN to the NNPC boss as an honorary life Council member of PETROAN and as the most productive GMD of NNPC.
The National President of PETROAN, Dr. Billy Gillis-Harry appreciated the GCEO for his efforts towards resuscitating the Port-Harcourt Refinery and the general growth of the Nigerian petroleum industry.
