MWUN, NASO Move To Strengthen Industrial Harmony At Seaports

The President-General of the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN), Comrade Francis Bunu, and the President of the Dockworkers Branch of the Union, Comrade Bolaji Agboola, paid a courtesy visit to the headquarters of the National Association of Stevedoring Operators (NASO).

The union leaders were received by the NASO President, Mr. Bolaji Sunmola, alongside other executives of the association as the engagement focused on critical issues affecting dockworkers’ operations at the nation’s seaports, including workers’ welfare, operational efficiency and industrial relations.

During the meeting on Tuesday, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to sustained dialogue and strategic collaboration to promote industrial harmony, enhance port productivity and safeguard the interests of dockworkers and operators alike.
