Starzs Investments Company Limited (SICL) began its 40th anniversary celebration with a jubilant thanksgiving service in Port Harcourt on Saturday.
The week-long programme, celebrating four decades of indigenous innovation, maritime excellence, and capacity development in Nigeria, started with joyous and gracious thanksgiving sessions led by the super-amazing gospel minister, Moses Bliss.
