Barely 24 hours after emerging the newly elected President of the African Women in Maritime (WIMA) Nigeria, Mrs. Theodora Nwaeze, has recorded her first major personal milestone – emerging winner of the Best Crew Manager Award at the Seafarers’ Awards.
