2025 MMS Hall of Fame: Mahmoud Heads 8-Member Organising Committee

An eight- member Local Organizing Committee(LOC) has been set up to successfully deliver the 2025 edition of MMS Woman of Fortune Hall of Fame induction and 2nd International Women’s Leadership Summit.

In a press statement issued by the Chief Executive Officer of MMS WoFHoF Initiative, Mr. Kingsley Anaroke, the event scheduled for Thursday, November 20th, 2025 at Nicon Luxury, Abuja, has the theme as: “Fostering Sustainability, Women and Leadership with Technologies”.

According to him, the LOC is assigned the responsibility of not just delivery, but reaching out to key policy and decision-making blocs in the country to deepen advocacy efforts of the Initiative.

Members of LOC include: Amb. Nana Aisha Mahmoud as Chairperson; Amb. Tina Kenechukwu as Vice-Chairperson; Loveth Anyaegbunam, Secretary; Chinwe Okafor-Mefor, Head of Administration; Eguono Odjegba, Kenneth Jukpor, Shulammite Olowofoyeku, and Glory Nchekwube.

“The Initiative has immeasurable confidence in the LOC membership to deliver on their mandate”, Anaroke stated.

He said that this year’s theme seeks to build and support leadership as well as promote culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in many sectors, especially the marine and blue economy as well as energy industries.

While appreciating the rise of Almajiri education in technology, he noted that the summit also encourages women to gain insight on how to scale technologies to change power, and influence government policies.

The event will feature Leadership-Impact and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Awards in two segments garnished with impactful panel sessions and awards night.

While seeking other resourceful partners in different areas, the event so far, has some institutions and firms as supporters and a few media houses as media partners.
